Shortly after the founding of Avalon, Emperor Cassian of Agmar summoned the High Council to determine how they could offset the inevitable expansion of Avalon's influence over the southern regions of the continent.

Their solution was to establish a settlement on the coast opposite Avalon. This settlement was boldly named Stonewall Kingdom, in the hopes that it would someday earn the title.

Stonewall Kingdom is currently led by King Arctus and has been in a one-sided cold war with Avalon since its inception.
