Wyrmstrand is a small town shielded by mountains in the north and ocean coast in the south. Generations ago, a group of settlers sailed onto the coast and settled around the upland river. These settlers quickly became charmed by Sylvelmora, the dragon who lives in the nearby mountain range.

Wyrmstrand is a theocracy whose people worship Sylvelmora. Many newcomers also sometimes find themselves quickly charmed by her beauty, often deciding to reside in Wyrmstrand indefinitely.
